Pakistan’s Sixth Polio Case of 2025 Reported in Sindh
Health authorities in Sindh have confirmed Pakistan’s sixth polio case of 2025, raising concerns over the continued presence of the virus in the country. The affected child is reportedly receiving treatment, and health officials have intensified vaccination campaigns in the region to prevent further spread.
According to the National Emergency Operations Center for Polio, the new case emerged in a district with historically low immunization coverage.
