Hungary Announces Hundreds of Fully Funded Scholarships for Pakistani Students
Hungary has announced the launch of hundreds of fully funded scholarships for Pakistani students under its prestigious Stipendium Hungaricum program. The initiative, designed to strengthen educational ties between the two countries, will allow Pakistani students to pursue bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees at leading Hungarian universities.
According to the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, the scholarships will cover tuition fees, accommodation, health insurance, and a monthly stipend, making it an attractive opportunity for students seeking international education without financial burden.
Hungarian officials highlighted that Pakistan remains one of their key partner countries in higher education cooperation. Over the past decade, thousands of Pakistani students have benefitted from similar scholarships, many of whom are now contributing to academia, research, and professional sectors both at home and abroad.
Education experts in Pakistan welcomed the announcement, noting that such opportunities not only enhance individual careers but also promote cultural exchange, knowledge sharing, and bilateral relations.
The application process will be managed through the HEC, which has urged interested students to prepare required documents and apply before the official deadline.
